Developed by Chilean developer VDA Origin’s Miami arm in its first U.S. venture, with architecture by Revuelta Architecture International and interiors designed in collaboration with Carla Guilhem, the seven-story boutique building holds just 27 two- to four-bedroom residences with panoramic waterfront views and spectacular sunsets over Biscayne Bay. Construction is underway following a groundbreaking ceremony in March 2024, backed by a $30.5 million construction loan from S3 Capital, with completion expected in late 2026.
